When our oldest son was born, Juriaan and I began our ministry—at first called Love Revolution, and later Live in your Destiny (LIYD). Through this, we reached out to many (young) people with prayer, healing, and prophecy. We organized conferences around prophecy and healing, and we served in healing rooms where we witnessed God do amazing things.

Some of those healing moments were even recorded and uploaded to YouTube—what an inspiring season! I still remember walking with Joaz in the stroller and prophesying over young people together with Juriaan—they were often deeply touched.

Another powerful experience was when we went to a psychic fair with a small outreach team and saw God heal a woman who had been paralyzed on one side of her body for 12 years.
Even in the follow-up, she remained healed. We recorded the whole story on video as a testimony.
