I’m deeply thankful for all the people and places where a prophetic Kingdom culture was lived out and shared.

As a teenager, I grew up under the leadership of prophetic leaders in King's Kids, part of Youth With A Mission.
There I also learned to hear God’s voice, and I practiced this for many years with my mom because I really wanted to grow in it. Thank you, Mom, for your golden dedication.

I will never forget how, at just fourteen years old, I felt touched and inspired when “Uncle Wim” prophesied over me and others, sharing details he couldn’t possibly have known. He did this in love and in a way that deeply touched hearts. Everyone he spoke and prayed over was visibly moved and changed.
The atmosphere of heaven during worship was so full of love, and the warmth of God’s heart so tangible, that I was no longer the same. I had tasted it—and I longed for more.
I also saw the impact it had on my friendships.
